Cancellation Policy

We schedule our reservations to make sure we can give you our undivided attention and your own personal space in our lovely spa facility. That said, if you need to cancel, we ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice so we can open your slot up to someone else. And if you've scheduled a spa package or multiple services, please give us 48 hours advance notice.

We promise to do our best to accommodate rescheduled appointments, but if you don't provide us with proper notice, we may have to charge you the full price of the scheduled services.
